All About Me

I’m an Agricultural Biologist (B.Sc.) with a focus on animal husbandry and landscape ecology and have an M.Sc. in Aquaculture and Marine Resource Management .

Also, I’m gardening since my childhood in various settings and live from my own land to have a local, seasonal and healthy diet.

As well, I’ve been working in the food industry my whole life and came across countless theoretical aspects (nutrition, biochemistry, soil and feed science among others) as well as practical experience in topics such as  slaughtering and processing of various species (Training Facility for Fisheries Aufseß, University of Hohenheim), quality management in the production of eggs and chicken meat (University of Hohenheim), greenhouse technology (Wageningen University), distillation and production of spirits (University of Hohenheim), basics of organic farming (Institute for Market Ecology).

Also, I am examined for the German hunting license (aktiv-Jagdschule) and fishing license (federal examination).

I combine scientific expertise with hands-on experience to help businesses and individuals thrive in harmony with nature.
