I’m an Agricultural Biologist (B.Sc.) with a focus on animal husbandry and landscape ecology and have an M.Sc. in Aquaculture and Marine Resource Management .
Since my childhood I’m gardening in various settings and live from my own land to have a local, seasonal and healthy diet.
As well, I’ve been working in the food industry my whole life and came across countless theoretical aspects (nutrition, biochemistry, soil and feed science among others) as well as practical experience in various topics.
